What can you expect?
The included classes focus on back pain, posture, pelvic floor rehabilitation, stretching and strengthening, incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pain during intercourse, preventing, reducing and resolving symptoms that have been dubbed inevitable consequences of childbirth.
